  4. COMPLETE, DETAILED PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION INCLUDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  5. IF ACQUISITION, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF FULLY EXECUTED CONTRACT OF SALE.
